If you choose to proceed with this repair, the procedure is as follows:
From the point of quotation we would need an order to cover the repair costs. In some cases this is advised after the goods have been inspected. This will be advised on the quotation.
Once we have received the order, you will be sent a RMA which would need to be completed where necessary and returned with the goods.
Please note: The goods must not be returned without the RMA.
At this point we would request the returns authority from the manufacturer and send the goods off for repair.
Once they have inspected the unit they would advise if it is repairable and confirm the costs to do so.
If you decide to proceed with the repair, the order will be amended accordingly.
If you decide not to proceed, then the inspection charge will stand and may need to be adjusted (as advised above).
Please note: Carriage charges are estimated and may need to be adjusted.
