We are delighted to announce our appointment as the UK distributor of the TSUKASA (pronounced TUKASA) range of DC geared motors.

High quality and hard wearing these motor/gearboxes are most suitable for small mechanisms that demand a rugged, long life product in service machines or human interface equipment. Because the range is so wide and also there is such a comprehensive selection of options, they can be used in a host of different applications - ATM's, ticketing machines, coin hoppers, CTV, cassette loading, vending machines, to name just a few.

The motors have power ratings of 0.4 to 25 watts and torque's from 3mN-m upto 1000mN-m, with a speed range of 3rpm to 1100rpm. Low cost linear actuator assemblies for some motors are available, as well as simple 3ppr or 5ppr encoders can be supplied fitted to motors.
The gearboxes are available in ratios from 3.7:1 to 1000:1, with plastic or metal gears, in standard or heavy- duty spur gear versions, and also there is the compact even heavier duty planetary gear arrangement.
Intended for the 'medium to volume' user, samples and pre-production units may be ordered, and additionally custom-made product in the TG brushed DC motor range can be manufactured to customer specification.
