Electrak Pro
Danaher Motion introduces Thomson’s Electrak® Pro Series, its newest line of linear actuators. This family stands alone when it comes to the toughest and most demanding applications. When space is scarce, where dust, dirt, and water is abundant and when solid, reliable and maintenance-free operation is a must - Electrak Pro is the answer.
Performance Highlights include:
- Actuator applied voltages of either 12 VDC or 24 VDC
- Dynamic thrust load capabilities up to 9000 N (2000 lbf)
- Maximum dynamic load speeds up to 38 mm/s (1.5 in/s)
- Standard and customizable stroke lengths as long as 300 mm (12 in)
- Units are available in either Ball or Acme drive screws
- IP 66 and IP 67 environmental protection class sealing
- Dynamic brake, load holding brake, and manual override available
Special Features include:
- Electronic load monitoring (ELM) consists of a built-in microprocessor that continuously monitors actuator performance. It provides end of stroke, mid stroke, overload, and duty cycle protections by stopping actuator movement.
