ETR Series
The ETR series, with roller screw technology, provides design engineers with expanded options for applications requiring thrust loads not typically associated with electric cylinders. The ETR Series also features the same level of programmability, speed range, and position accuracy that is expected of electromechanical actuator systems. With 4 ISO 6431 mount profiles, from 50 mm to 125 mm, the ETR Series features twice the thrust capacity and 15 times the life expectancy of a ball screw cylinder of comparable size. The design allows for seven mounting styles and the capacity for custom mounting.
- High load torsion anti-rotate bearings
- Ground and polished precision stainless steel thrust tube
- Dual direction angular contact or tapered roller bearings to support back end of screw
- Four profile sizes (50, 80, 100, 125mm)
- Enclosed tie rod design
- Combination lip seal and wiper seal on rod
- Global drop-in position sensor provides sensing target for cylinder mounted switches
- Oil bath lubrication option on roller screw (horizontal mounting only)
- External lubrication ports on cylinder body and rear end caps
- Substantial bearing support for front end of roller screw
