LR Series
The Linear Roller (LR) Series products from Parker IPS were designed to provide very high load bearing and thrust capacity in a modular, cost effective package. The steel roller bearing system rides on ground and hardened rails and provide low friction, long life, and very high normal, side, and moment load capacity. The heavy duty, steel reinforced belt is common to all sizes and transmits thrusts up to 575 lbf.
The LR Series utilizes standard, off the shelf, components that allow for easy adaptation to a wide range of applications. The modular design makes custom configurations, such as Nema 56C face motor mounts, extended or dual carriages, and multiple belts for higher thrust capacity, simple to design and integrate. Combined with Parker Hannifin motors, gearboxes, and controls, the LR Series offers total flexibility and optimization for the most demanding of motion control applications.
