Precision Ball Bearings                                                                                          

At PM we are specialized in many kind of bearings.
Starting with the production of linear bearings in 1966 we are also known as manufacturer of single row precision ball bearings in miniature (with a OD of just 2.5mm and bore size 0.6mm), small and normal size.
Our company logo shows both bearing systems, linear and radial. Many of our bearings can be supplied as open bearing but can also be delivered with a metal shield or teflon seals and with different lubricants. Precision classes are of course avialable according to ISO and ABMA ABEC standard.

Our sophisticated flexible production system allows us to not only cater to custom designs, but also to produce big quantities punctually and in a high level of precision.

Proven quality
All bearing parts are carefull inspected in the inspection room before assembly is started. After finishing honing of the inner and outher raceway the bearing rings are inspected on roundness, bore diameter and manufacturing tolerances The balls are selected on roundness and surface roughness. All parts are very closed toleranced to achieve quiet operation, low friction, high running accuracy and long
life.

After automatic assembly of the bearings and passing final inspection they are supplied with the PM mark which guarantee a technically high quality bearing.
Miniature bearings are assemblied manually.
