RESR - Technical
The angular resolution an maximum rotary speed of any installation will depend on ring diameter and the resolution of the readhead used. The RESR performance table shows maximum speed for all ring sizes based on 5 µm readhead reading 20 µm pitch RESR. It also states the "Graduation" and "System" accuracy for these products.
