Power Amplifier Boards Series SE..V21/V23 and SE P05

	bipolar control of 2-phase stepper motors - chopper principle eurocard format 100x160mm with 32 pole connector (DIN 41612 type D) for installation into standard 19 inch 3U rack 1 A to 14,5 A phase currents and 24 VDC to 240 VDC voltage supply series SE .. V21/V23 with standard step resolutions - adjustable to 400,500,800 and 1000 steps/revolution (200 step version is also available) microstepping series SE P05 - adjustable up to 12800 steps/rev for optimal, vibration free true motor running basic functions easily adjustable via solder bridges (step angle, activating phase current reduction and input signal level) input signals for all versions: pulse, direction, disable, boost, reset and external switching of step angle output signal: ready signal respectively error signal LED-displays for quick and easy control of board status electrical protection against short circuit (motor phases), over temperature (of power amplifer) and under voltage compatible to prior power amplifier versions version SE ... SE-power amplifiers are available in different power versions. The versions are different in the max. adustable phase current,
in the voltage supply range, in the selectable step resolutions and in the signal level of the inputs.

Mains Ready Stepper Motor Power Amplifier WSE 04.230 AC V01 and WSE 06.230 AC V01

• Maximum power in smallest housing
• Compact metal housing also for small switch cabinets - available as rail mounting or panel mounting unit
• Power amplifier with extremely low dissipation due to newest FET-technolog
• No forced draft necessary
• Cost effective system due to connection direct to the line (without isolated transformer) - 325VDC motor voltage
• Optimal with STÖGRA motor series SM 87 , SM 88 and SM 107 (with new internal winding design suitable for 325VDC operation)
• The motor power at 2A and 325VDC is comparable with 8A / 80VDC at standard DC-supplied motor / amplifier systems, 4A and 325VDC compares to 12A / 110VDC, and 6A and 325VDC compares to 12A / 160 VDC for standard systems
• DIP-switch selectable step angles from 200 to 12800 steps/revolution - micro stepping for true and smooth running of the motor
• Phase current adjustable via switch from 0 to 4A / Phase - (version WSE 06.230AC V01 from 0 to 6A / phase)

Stepper Motor Power Amplifier WSE 08.80 V01

• Microstepping power amplifer with bipolar chopper for 2-phase stepper motors
• Maximum power integrated in smallest housing
• Compact metal housing fits also in small switch cabinets
• Available as rail mount or panel mount version
• Extremely low dissapation due to newest FET-technology
• No forced drafted necessary
• Wide range of voltage supply from 20 to 80 VDC
• Phase current adjustable via 16 stage rotary switch from 0,5 to 8A/phase
• Optimal with STÖGRA motor series SM 56 , SM 87 , SM 88 and SM 107
• 16 different step angles between 200 and 12800 steps/revolution selectable via DIP-switches
  - micro stepping for optimal, smooth true running of the motor
• The step angle can be switched between two values via an external input while the motor is running
• Easy connecting via front side screw terminals and spring terminals for all lines and signals
• Electrical protection against short circuit (motor phases), over temperature (power amplifier) and under voltage

Panel Mounted 19 Inch Rack System ELK/ELR

The systems consisits of two different basic versions:

• panel mount rack series ELK
• 19-inch rack series ELR

ELK-/ELR-racks are available with or without power supply.
In standard version there are 3 different sizes with:

• either up to 3 plug ports for SE or SERS drives and integrated power supply
• or up to 5 plug ports for SE or SERS drives and rack without power supply

ELK2- 3HE - 1/2 19 1inch with power supply adn 1 plug	ELK3 - 3HE - 3/4 19 inch with power supply and 2 plug ports	ERL4 - 3HE 19 inch with power supply and 3 plug ports

Power supply versions are available as follows:

• 350 VA or 500 VA
• Output voltages: 24 VDC, 36 VDC, 60 VDC, 85 VDC and 120 VDC

All power supplies include an additional second 24VDC output voltage (max 2A)

For each plug port there is a seperate addtional plug port for ventilator boards. The ventilator boards can be ordered together with the rack or any time later and easily plugged into the ELK/ELR-rack. (from aprox. 6A adjusted phase current a ventilation of the power amplifers is necessary).

ELK-systems are also available for small SE-units (SE 400.02.24 V21/V23 / SE P05.02.24 or SE 400.01.85 V21/V23 / SE P05.01.85).
The racks then are possible including power supply and max. 5 SE drives or without power supply and max. 8 SE drives.

Stögra Power Supplies

Features of STÖGRA power supplies

• open power supply mounted on an aluminum plate
• easy mounting into a switch cabinet
• including isolated transformer, bridge rectifier, capacitors,
• limitation of power-on current, fuses, EMC-mains filter
• input 230 VAC / 50-60Hz - alternatively available is 115VAC / 50-60Hz
• all connections via screw terminals

There are also versions available with nominal power of 350VA, 500VA and 1000VA.
Available output voltages are 24 VDC, 36 VDC, 60 VDC, 85 VDC and 120 VDC.

Board Holder KH-SE_01

Features of board holder KH-SE_01:

• very cost effective open plastic board holder
• easy installation of power amplifer boards SE or position controls SERS into a switch cabinet
• fits all Stögra power amplifers and position controls up to 12 A with 32-pole male connector (DIN41612)
• easy changing of boards (e.g. in case of faulty driver and installing new driver)
• all connections via screw terminals
