Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you.

Information collected

If you use our on-line account request form, we need to know your company name, company registration number, type of company (plc, ltd, etc), telephone number, fax number, full address, credit limit required, the name and position of the person completing the form.
If you use our quotation request form whichever reply field you complete is optional, but whether it is telephone number, fax number or e-mail address the information is held on file.
If you wish to use our on-line ordering facility, you must already have an account with us. Information collected through this service will be retained on file.

Note: In most cases it is optional whether you enter your e-mail address but if you do we may use this to notify you of products and services that could be of use to your company. Every ‘e-mail’ we send carries instructions how to unsubscribe which stops e-mails being sent by our company.
