Their high standards of quality is maintained because they take pride in manufacturing and testing all of their machine control products by utilising the latest in SMT manufacturing, automated inspection and automatic test equipment, striving to deliver the best products but with a fast lead time.

Due their to extensive development programme Delta Tau produces easy-to-use and cost-effective products and remain dedicated to continuously developing next-generation technology. The benefits of this strategy means solutions are available that increases customers market share and keeps them ahead of the competition.
Motion Control Cards
Board Level
After six generations of motion controllers the now industry standard PMAC (Programmable Multi Axis Controller) is the foundation behind the family of board level machine controllers, offering a wide variety of formats including PCI, VME and PC/104 which can be used on a corresponding bus or standalone.
System
The versatile system controllers can either be a customised UMAC system configured to an application or a dedicated packaged controller with built-in I/O and power supply within its enclosed system. All systems communicate with high-speed USB, Ethernet or MACRO to the host computer.
MACRO
MACRO is an acronym for Motion and Control Ring Optical and is a non-proprietary digital interface developed for a single wire connection between the multi-axis motion controllers, amplifiers, and I/O through a fibre optic or twisted pair copper (RJ45 connector) ring. MACRO minimises wiring complexity, reduces hardware and eliminates noise in large systems. The high-speed 125 Mbits/sec transfer rate is capable of closing the servo loops across the MACRO ring, allowing the flexibility to choose distributed intelligence or centralised control.
