LML70 Series – Single Axis Linear Motor Stage
The LML70 Series is a compact miniature linear motor stage featuring direct drive technology, dual self-lubricating linear guides and integrated high-resolution optical encoder feedback. Available with 200 mm or 300 mm travel, it delivers 0.05 μm resolution and repeatability up to ±1 μm for precision positioning and automation applications.
The LML70 Series Single-Axis Linear Motor Stage is a compact miniature positioning module based on direct drive linear motor technology. It integrates a linear motor, dual self-lubricating linear guides, high-resolution optical encoder feedback and an aluminium housing into a complete motion stage.
The direct drive system provides smooth, responsive positioning without requiring mechanical transmission components such as ball screws, belts or couplings. This helps minimise mechanical wear, backlash and maintenance while supporting accurate, repeatable motion.
Available with travel lengths of 200 mm or 300 mm, the LML70 delivers a continuous force of 17.1 N and a peak force of 51.3 N. Encoder resolution down to 0.05 μm and repeatability up to ±1 μm make it suitable for demanding precision automation applications.
Its compact 70 mm-wide construction and flexible, stackable configuration allow the LML70 to be integrated into space-constrained machines or combined with another stage to create a multi-axis positioning system.
