PCMM2G – Motion Controller
The Kollmorgen PCMM2G motion controller is a compact, high-performance programmable controller for scalable machine automation. Designed for multi-axis motion control, it supports EtherCAT networking, up to 64 synchronised axes and integration with Kollmorgen Automation Suite and third-party automation systems.

Engineered for precision motion control and scalable system integration, it provides a flexible platform for applications ranging from standalone machine modules to complex synchronised production systems.
Powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 processor, the PCMM2G supports up to 64 synchronised motion axes and provides deterministic EtherCAT communication with update rates of up to 4 kHz. This enables fast, accurate and coordinated real-time motion control for demanding industrial automation applications.
The PCMM2G supports a range of industrial communication protocols, including EtherCAT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP, allowing integration with Kollmorgen drives and third-party automation systems. Integrated digital I/O and tools for network configuration, servo tuning and machine optimisation help simplify system development and commissioning.
Designed for use with Kollmorgen Automation Suite (KAS), the PCMM2G provides a scalable control platform for applications including packaging machinery, robotics, material handling, converting equipment, pick-and-place systems and other precision multi-axis automation applications.
