RTA SC32 Series Electric Cylinders for Stepper Motors

The RTA SC32 Series electric cylinders provide compact, precise linear motion for industrial automation. Designed for stepper motors, they offer up to 200 N force, speeds up to 250 mm/s and stroke lengths from 50 to 200 mm.

The RTA SC32 Series electric cylinders are designed to provide precise, reliable and efficient linear motion for industrial automation applications. Combining a compact design with stepper motor technology, the SC32 Series offers easy integration into automated machinery where controlled linear positioning is required.

The SC32 uses a precision ball screw and provides a maximum force of 200 N, maximum speed of 250 mm/s and positioning repeatability of ±0.025 mm. Standard stroke lengths of 50, 100, 150 and 200 mm are available, allowing the cylinder to suit a range of positioning and linear motion requirements.

Designed for demanding automation environments, the SC32 features integrated anti-rotation and protection up to IP65. The cylinder can be configured with or without an incremental encoder, with the encoder version providing a resolution of 400 CPR.

Optional accessories include a front brake, rear clevis and sensors, providing additional flexibility when integrating the cylinder into a machine or automation system.

The SC32 Series can be combined with RTA CSD Series stepper motor drives, supporting EtherCAT, Step & Dir, Modbus TCP/IP and EtherNet/IP communication options.
