TwinSpin T Series- Reduction Gears
The TwinSpin® T Series is a wide range of high-precision cycloidal reduction gears featuring a cylindrical case and modular construction. Its adaptable design allows the required motor type to be connected to the reduction gear using a suitable motor mounting flange.
The T Series combines an accurate reduction mechanism with high-capacity radial and axial cylindrical roller bearings. This enables the application load to be mounted directly onto the output flange or gearbox case without the need for additional bearings, simplifying machine design and reducing the number of components required.
Zero backlash, high torsional and tilting rigidity, high moment capacity and excellent positioning repeatability make the TwinSpin T Series suitable for demanding applications requiring precise and reliable movement. High reduction ratios are achieved within a compact, lightweight unit designed for straightforward installation and a long operating life.
Two case configurations are available: the TB version features threaded mounting holes, while the larger TC sizes combine threaded and through-holes. The standard T Series is not completely sealed and requires an input flange and gasket kit. Fully sealed versions with a motor connection flange can also be supplied to meet specific application requirements.
Typical applications include:
- Industrial robots
- Robotic joints and rotary axes
- Machine tools
- Rotary tables and positioners
- General automation equipment
- Handling and assembly systems
- Inspection and measurement equipment
