The WITTENSTEIN XPK+ is a high-performance hypoid gearbox from the alpha Premium Line, combining high torque density, low backlash and high torsional rigidity with a compact right-angle design. Its wide ratio range and smooth operation make it ideal for precise motion control where installation space is limited.
High-Performance Hypoid Gearbox
The WITTENSTEIN XPK+ combines premium gearbox performance with precision hypoid gearing to provide a compact right-angle drive solution. The axis offset of the hypoid stage enables higher ratios and torque than conventional bevel gearing while maintaining an axially short, space-saving design.
Precision and Smooth Operation
High-quality hypoid gearing, low torsional backlash and high torsional rigidity provide accurate positioning and exceptionally smooth operation. With ratios from 12 to 1,000 and maximum torque up to 2,520 Nm, the XPK+ provides flexible performance for demanding industrial motion applications.
Compact and Flexible Machine Integration
Designed for machine builders requiring maximum performance from limited installation space, the XPK+ offers a range of output configurations including smooth shaft, keyed shaft, splined shaft, blind hollow shaft and system output. High axial and radial load capacity further increases flexibility when integrating the gearbox into demanding machine designs.
