Thomson’s Movopart® MF rodless actuators deliver high thrust and precision positioning in a compact, belt-free design. Driven by a ball screw and guided by a saddle-style carriage, these actuators are ideal for applications requiring high load capacity, long stroke travel, and smooth, low-friction motion.
Available in two configurations—M (single nut) and MD (double nut)—the MF series meets a wide range of performance needs, offering excellent stiffness, accuracy, and repeatability for demanding industrial automation tasks.
Thomson's Movopart® MF rodless actuator slides provide guided linear motion through a ball screw drive and a saddle that rides along the top of the actuator to carry the load. Available in two versions: M (single nut) and MD (double nut), these ball guided units are designed to provide high load capacity with low friction for precise positioning - able to produce high thrust, high precision, stiffness, and long stroke capabilities.
The Cover Band Stretcher extends the life of the cover band, which protects screw and guide from contaminants, and eliminates the need to adjust the tension as it wears.
