The TwinSpin® G Series is a range of high-precision cycloidal reduction gears developed for demanding applications requiring high torque, rigidity and positioning accuracy. Its advanced main-bearing design delivers excellent tilting stiffness and precise output rotation while maintaining compact dimensions and low weight.

High torque density enables the G Series to transmit greater loads relative to its size. Reduced friction within the transmission mechanism also contributes to improved efficiency, lower hysteresis and reduced lost motion, particularly across the smaller gearbox sizes.

The integrated high-precision output bearing supports external loads and allows application components to be mounted directly onto the reduction gear. Its modular construction provides a choice of motor connection flanges, sealed input covers and input shaft arrangements, enabling the gearbox to be adapted to different machine designs.

Typical applications include:

  • Industrial and collaborative robots
  • Robotic joints and rotary axes
  • Machine tools
  • Rotary tables and positioners
  • Automated assembly equipment
  • Handling and packaging systems
  • nspection and measurement equipment
  • Other high-precision motion-control systems
