TwinSpin® M Series Reduction Gears
The TwinSpin® M Series Reduction Gears are miniature, high-precision reduction gears developed for applications where compact dimensions, low weight and accurate rotary positioning are essential.
Their zero-backlash design, high torsional stiffness and excellent transmission accuracy support precise and repeatable motion. Very low internal friction also provides high mechanical efficiency and smooth operation.
The M Series uses sealed deep-groove ball bearings as both the output bearings and part of the input-shaft housing. This compact arrangement allows loads to be mounted directly onto the output flange or gear case without requiring additional external bearings.
Each reduction gear is filled with grease for lifetime lubrication and sealed using 2RS bearings. Fully sealed versions can also be supplied where the application requires additional protection against lubricant leakage or environmental contamination.
The TS 50 M is available with 47:1 and 63:1 reduction ratios and delivers a rated output torque of 18 Nm. Keyway, hollow-shaft and customised shaft configurations are available to suit different motor connections and machine designs.
